Kill two stones with one bird

Everything we do should lead to something else we do. That’s core to the leverage mindset. Multiplication. Turning one opportunity into twenty.

Recently, one of my clients rented my brain to help his team setup a system for leveraging customer relationships. I was thrilled to start the project. The only problem was, I had never done that for a client before.

And so, to prepare for our meeting, I began searching for the key leverage strategies and tactics that silently guided my business efforts for more than a decade. I began deconstructing something that I executed rather intuitively and abstractly for many years.

To my surprise, I discovered a framework that I didn’t have at the outset, but accidentally created along the way. Awesome. Now it was time replicate my system more exactly and practically.

Selfishly, for my own purposes, but also as a tool to help others create the most leverage out of their own opportunities. The result was a conditional software application called Leverage Junkie. It’s a simple program that helps users kill two stones with one bird, at every possible opportunity.

For example, when a business takes on an exciting new client, they ask themselves a series of leverage questions. Here are a few from my list.

What other clients are available to me now? How can I use this relationship a marketing tool? How will I use this to diversify and expand my offerings?

Everything we do should lead to something else we do.

LET ME ASK YA THIS…How are you multiplying your opportunities?

LET ME SUGGEST THIS…

The feedback we received from our team was that this was hands down the best training they have ever been to. Scott found out what was important to us and gave us several options for training solutions. I would highly recommend him for a variety of industries, and I would happily work with him again!”  –Anne Conway, PHR | Corporate Director of Training and Development, | Lodging Hospitality Management
